Our Services
Blackstone Trustee Berhad provides independent trustee and custody support for structured arrangements, with a focus on governance-led execution and disciplined process controls. Where applicable, client funds may be held under designated custody / client money account arrangements with a regulated financial institution, supported by internal recordkeeping and reconciliation. Our services are designed around clear mandates, defined authorisation rules, and documented workflows—so disbursements are executed only upon verified instructions and supporting documentation, in accordance with the agreed documents and applicable laws. We maintain traceable records, approvals, and reporting outputs to support transparency and audit readiness for stakeholders across the arrangement lifecycle.

Custody &
Safekeeping
We provide independent custody support for client funds and/or documents under agreed terms and defined scope. Records are maintained with clear references, supporting documentation, and audit-ready files to preserve traceability throughout the arrangement lifecycle.
Controlled
Disbursement
Disbursements are executed only in accordance with agreed authorisation rules, defined conditions, and documentary requirements. Releases are supported by verified instructions and relevant evidence (for example, milestones, certifications, invoices, or approvals), as set out in the mandate.
Client Money Account Administration
Where applicable, client funds may be held under designated client money / custody account arrangements with a regulated financial institution. We support internal ledger maintenance and reconciliation discipline to provide clarity of balances, movements, and supporting references.
Governance, Records & Reporting
Documentation-first execution with defined approvals, audit trails, and structured recordkeeping throughout the arrangement lifecycle. Periodic reporting and reconciliation outputs are provided according to the agreed cadence and scope.
Mandate &
Control Setup
We help establish the mandate framework upfront, including scope, authorised signatories, approval thresholds, and reporting requirements. Control procedures, document checklists, and escalation paths are defined from inception to ensure a consistent and defensible execution process.
Stakeholder
Coordination
We coordinate with clients and professional advisors to align documentation, approvals, and timelines under the agreed framework. Deliverables follow documented processes to support orderly execution and timely reporting.
Deliverables & Reporting
We provide structured records and reporting deliverables aligned to the agreed mandate and reporting cadence. Our reporting is designed to support transparency and audit readiness by documenting instructions received, approvals applied, disbursements executed, and the supporting references maintained.
Depending on the arrangement, reports may be issued periodically (e.g., monthly/quarterly) and/or triggered by specific events (e.g., disbursement milestones), with the scope and format agreed upfront.

Appointment Scope
Each engagement is mandate-based. Scope, controls, and reporting deliverables are defined in the appointment documents, including authorisation rules, disbursement conditions, documentation requirements, and the agreed reporting cadence. We work with stakeholders to clarify decision rights, approval thresholds, and the supporting evidence required for each instruction, so that execution remains consistent and defensible throughout the arrangement lifecycle. Where applicable, records, approvals, and supporting references are maintained to preserve an audit trail and support reconciliation and reporting requirements. Additional fiduciary appointments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal assessment, documentation readiness, and applicable laws.
